For Australian orders, all orders are shipped via Australia Post express or StarTrack.  

For all International orders, orders are shipped via DHL Express. 

Please note your order total must reach or surpass the free shipping threshold after any discounts have been applied.

The following country's customs departments require specific licences, permits or documentation to import cosmetic products: 

• Lithuania 
• Malaysia 
• Spain

Customs require your EORI# to enable clearance, please advise when placing your order. 

Chinese customs impose restrictions on quantity of products able to be imported and to what value in CNY ¥.Customs also require your Resident ID to enable clearance. We recommend reaching out to the local authorities to establish these restrictions.

Due to import regulations, you can only order x3 products at one time, please note that they do classify a sample as a product too.

Indian customers must upload their KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to enable customs clearance.

Indonesian customs require your Tax ID# (NPWP) which is mandatory to enable customs clearance.

Italian customs impose restrictions on imports into the country – only x2products can be purchased, and no more than a quantity of x2.Samples are considered a product.

Customs require your EORI# to enable clearance, please advise when placing your order.

Please advise your PCC# when placing your order to assist with prompt clearance through customs.

Spanish customers ID must be registered with the Spanish AEAT. Customer to hold an Import License and a Certificate of Conformity to enable customs clearance.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes in the United States.

Orders over VND$2M require a Cosmetic Import Licence. Customs shall combine all order values (if multiple orders placed) to establish if the threshold is still applicable. Order/s will have to have cleared customs for value threshold to renew.

Customers are to be registered as an IOR (importer on record).

Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control we are currently having difficulties with the shipment of product to the following areas and are therefore unable to ship orders to these countries / territories:

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.

Local taxes are included in all product pricing.

If any local duties are applicable to your order, duties will be calculated and charged during the checkout process.

Should you still wish to cancel your order once it's been dispatched. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight, duties and taxes and any other relevant fees. See more information on our Refunds & Returns page.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to collect local import taxes & duties for the below locations. These will be additional fees charged by your local country and is the responsibility of the customer.

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in AUD. We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company.
